How To Get Free Mail With Your Domain Name at Yandex
Step 1. Go to https://mail.yandex.com/
Step 2. Click the yellow button on the homepage: Create an account to register an account.
Step 3. After registration, please log in:https://connect.yandex.com/pdd/
Step 4. Fill in your domain name, click Sign up free to continue, you will enter the service page of Yandex Connecthttps://connect.yandex.com/portal/services/webmaster
Step 5. Click Confirm your domain under the domain name to start verifying domain name ownership.
Currently, four authentication methods are supported.
DNS: Add the content in the text box as a TXT Record record on the domain name management page. It can take up to 72h to complete the verification. (In fact, it usually takes a few minutes to complete)
HTML File: Create a yandex _ *. Html file in the root directory of the website and copy the code in the text box, and FTP permissions can upload it.
Meta Tag: Add the code line provided by Yandex in the <head> tag of the domain name homepage website, as long as you can enter the background to edit the template.
WHOIS: This is not recommended. Many domain names now have mandatory privacy protection.
Step 6. Choose the one you find convenient. After completing the operation as required, click Check to verify.
After the verification is completed, you only need to configure the CNAME, MX, SPF, DKIM records to use.
The interface for configuring DNS is only CNAME, MX, and SPF. DKIM needs to be obtained from DKIM signatures.
Special Note: The host name of DKIM is: mail._domainkey, and the type is: TXT.
Step 7. Finally, add an available email address,

You can log in directly via https://mail.yandex.com/?pdd_domain=test.com (replace test.com with yours) before the resolution is effective .
New accounts must log in once and agree to an agreement before they can use SMTP and IMAP to send and receive mail.

Select the user, and then Save.
